- 4 medium stalks of Swiss Chard
- 5-10 Cherries
- 8-10 full pieces Walnuts
- 1 small Tomato
- 1 small Cucumber Persian
- 1 small Shallot
Sauce
- 1 small Lemon for squeezing and adding thin slices to top off the salad
- Honey for drizzling
- Olive Oil for drizzling
Mise en Place (The Set Up)
Dice the tomato, cucumber and shallot,
Roughly Chop the arugula, swiss chard and walnuts
Roughly Slice the cherries
Thinly Slice half of the lemon
Combine your roughly chopped greens, arugula and swiss chard, in a large bowl
Place the diced tomato, cucumber and shallot into the middle of the salad
Place the cherries and walnuts around the salad
